A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Albany, NY area is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations and help lead a strong nursing team.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

The Opportunity

• Support daily nursing and clinical operations

• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff

• Assist with staffing and scheduling

• Monitor quality of care and resident outcomes

• Assist with audits, care planning, and regulatory compliance

• Support staff education, training, and infection control

• Help prepare for surveys and develop plans of correction

Qualifications

• Current New York RN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing experience required

• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Knowledge of regulatory and survey requirements
