• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Monitoring and reporting client vital signs and changes in condition

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
