We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome while helping ensure the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.

Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner

• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages

• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area

• Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions or concerns promptly

• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors

Receptionist Qualifications

• At least 1 year of reception experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer and office software proficiency

• Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of residents, families, visitors, and staff

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
