Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup in the dining area

• Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food handling practices

• Assist with tray service and delivery of meals to residents

• Restock supplies and linens as needed

• Collaborate with culinary team to prepare and serve special dietary meals

• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in food service or dietary aid preferred

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
