Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Transport Driver to join our team at Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center in Roswell, NM. As a valued member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other external activities. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other external activities in a well-maintained vehicle

• Verify resident identity and ensure proper documentation is completed for each trip

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including trip logs and mileage logs

• Ensure that all transportation services are provided in accordance with company policies and regulations

• Develop strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of transportation services

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Driver's License

• Ability to lift, push, and pull

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Typically, 6–12 months of verifiable driving experience; some roles require more
