About the Role:

As a Dietary Manager at Levelland Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our residents. With a focus on resident-centered care, you will lead a team of dietary staff, coordinate menu planning, and maintain a safe and efficient food service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery
• Lead and manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budgeting
• Ensure a safe and efficient food service environment, adhering to sanitation and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Credentialed in Dietary Management preferred.
