Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shift, Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm), Monday to Friday, rotating weekend

We’re hiring a day shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care clinical team. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care that supports each resident’s individual needs, with support in Assisted Living or Memory Care depending on resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene

• Assist with walking, transportation, and transfers, using gait belts when necessary

• Build trusting relationships with residents through person-centered care

• Promote resident independence and dignity

• Partner with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care

Requirements

• Valid, unencumbered Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, and families

• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

• Reliable transportation

Preferred

• 1+ year of CNA experience in a Memory Care setting

Hours

• Part-time: 12-32 hours per week

• Full-time: 32-40 hours per week
