EzCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Part-Time Initial Assessor.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy conducting assessments, meeting with families, and helping children begin their ABA journey. As an Initial Assessor, you will play a critical role in determining client needs, developing treatment recommendations, and helping families access quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial behavioral assessments

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (when applicable)

• Review records and gather relevant clinical information

• Meet with families and caregivers to determine treatment needs

• Develop individualized treatment recommendations

• Complete assessment reports and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams

• Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and state requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans preferred

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• Passion for helping children and families access quality ABA services
