Restorative Nurse Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in a restorative care setting, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities

• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients, communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote recovery and independence

• Monitor and report patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices

Restorative Nurse Requirements:

• Current nursing licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience as a Nurse, preferably in restorative nursing
