As a Dietary Cook at Bride Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, preparing, and cooking meals in accordance with dietary requirements and residents' preferences

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards

• Collaborating with our Dietitian to develop menus and ensure nutritional needs are met

• Working closely with the dietary department to ensure a smooth and efficient service

• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home, hospital, or school kitchen setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required
