What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with established care plans.

• Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately.

• Educate residents and their families on post-discharge care and wellness.

What We Are Looking For

• An active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
