Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Serve meals, provide feeding assistance as needed, and deliver mid-day nourishment.

• Safely transfer, turn, position, and ambulate residents to ensure comfort and safety.

• Continuously monitor resident well-being and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Foster a dignified, compassionate, and home-like atmosphere for our short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in the State of New Jersey.

• Long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.

• A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a passionate, patient-centered attitude
