Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Margate Health & Rehabilitation, located in beautiful Jefferson North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor who is motivated and compassionate. This position will be every weekend from 7am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

RN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow-up

• Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines

• Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.

• Supervise assigned nursing and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff

RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications Include:

• Long Term Care experience mandatory

• Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
