The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our nursing team for a convenient 3 PM–11 PM shift!

This shorter evening shift is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours, extra income, or a schedule that works around school, family, or another position.

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll play an important role in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Providing compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care

• Assisting residents during the busy afternoon and evening hours

• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Supporting the nursing team with resident care and daily routines

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse

• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

What We’re Looking For

• Current Ohio STNA certification

• Dependable and punctual

• Compassionate and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
