Dietary Server - Independent Living Dining Room

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Dietary Server to join our Independent Living Dining Services team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional meal service to residents in a welcoming and professional manner. Duties include taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and ensuring residents have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to seniors.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• Dependable, courteous, and resident-focused

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to moderate weights throughout the shift
