Clovernook is a resident-centered long-term care community seeking a dedicated Full-Time Floor Tech to keep our facility spotless and safe. Make a real difference in resident care through top-notch floor maintenance!

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors daily

• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets throughout resident rooms, hallways, and common areas

• Safely operate floor equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums

• Move furniture to clean and reset areas efficiently

• Follow strict infection control, safety protocols, and PPE standards

• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly

• Assist with general housekeeping and special deep-clean projects

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in floor care, housekeeping, or environmental services (healthcare a plus!)

• Comfortable operating floor care machinery

• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift

• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, safe spaces
