Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols

• Monitor and record resident vital signs, medication administration, and other essential data

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed

• Participate in family conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Perform vital sign checks, weight, and blood pressure monitoring as assigned

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding residents as needed
