What You’ll Do

• Assist with filing information accurately.

• Answer telephone, relay messages and page person being called.

• Assist the Business Office Manager to monitor the daily operation of the business office and establish priorities and manage records, budgets, and supplies.

• Maintains confidentiality of all facility business.

What You Bring

• Office experience (preferred)

• Experience with computers/office equipment, Microsoft, and other applications

• Customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive Can-Do Attitude

• Excellent Attendance
