Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in state of practice

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
