Who we are looking for:

Ally In-Care is hiring experienced Senior Caregivers and Home Care Aides to provide high-quality non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Orange County. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers with 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility experience accepted). This role offers steady shifts, flexible scheduling, and a supportive care team.

Senior Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Communicate care updates with the care team

Senior Caregiver Requirements:

• 2+ years professional caregiving experience
• Active Home Care Aide (HCA)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be cleared by Department of Social Services

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00–$20.00 an hour range
