Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Support clients with medication management and appointment scheduling

• Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being through positive interactions and emotional support

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• In Home Caregiver experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
