About the Role

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading by example: Providing direct supervision to unit staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

• Managing patient care: Coordinating patient care, monitoring patient progress, and making adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Developing and implementing care plans: Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintaining unit operations: Ensuring efficient and effective unit operations, including managing budgets, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree

• Experience: 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Certifications: RN License
