ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CNA at Avir at Brownwood, you will be an important part of our residents' daily care and overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Obtaining and documenting vital signs

• Reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing team

• Answering call lights and responding to residents' needs

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Building positive relationships with residents and their families

• Working closely with nurses and other members of the care team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current CNA certification in the State of Texas

• Compassionate and dependable

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Commitment to providing respectful, quality resident care

• Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome dedicated CNAs who are ready to make a difference
