ABOUT THE ROLE

As an RN at Avir at Brownwood, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies

• Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Communicating changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers

• Collaborating with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapy, and other members of the care team

• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supporting quality care and positive resident outcomes

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Texas RN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Commitment to providing quality resident care
