Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with essential daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance

• Observe and report changes in client condition, ensuring timely notification of healthcare professionals

• Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work flexible long shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
