Location: Remote from New Jersey
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Referral Specialist to help expand our network of referral sources throughout New Jersey. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, confident on the phone, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

The Referral Specialist will primarily conduct outbound phone calls to psychologists, pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, psychiatrists, schools, therapists, healthcare providers, and other professionals who may refer children for ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to potential referral sources throughout

• Communicate professionally with providers and families in English and Spanish.

• Introduce Epic Minds Therapy and explain our ABA services and referral process.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with psychologists, pediatricians, developmental specialists, schools, and other providers.

• Identify potential referral opportunities and follow up with interested providers.

• Answer basic questions about Epic Minds and our referral process.

• Send referral information and materials to interested providers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, follow-ups, and referral opportunities.

• Follow up consistently with providers who have expressed interest.

• Schedule calls or meetings between referral sources and Epic Minds leadership when appropriate.

• Represent Epic Minds Therapy in a professional and positive manner.

• Meet weekly outreach and follow-up expectations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.

• Previous experience in healthcare, medical offices, ABA, behavioral health, sales, referral coordination, customer service, or provider outreach is a plus.

• Experience communicating with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, computers, and basic CRM or tracking systems.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling may be available depending on the candidate and business needs. This is primarily a phone-based outreach position, with email follow-up and documentation as needed.

Compensation

$15–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional performance-based incentives may be available for successful referral development and qualified referrals.
