Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for our 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM day shift.

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate STNAs who enjoy caring for others and want to be part of a team that works together. Whether you’re an experienced STNA or newer to long-term care, we’d love to talk with you!

What You'll Do

As an STNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residents, including:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily needs

• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Answering call lights and responding to resident needs

• Taking and recording vital signs as assigned

• Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team

• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

• Providing the kindness, patience, and personal attention our residents deserve

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio STNA certification

• Dependable and ready to be part of a team

• Compassionate and resident-focused

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to help

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
