Position Overview

The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight throughout the facility during the weekend overnight shift. This position helps ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with facility policies, care plans, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Rhode Island or applicable Compact State license

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and support a nursing team in a fast-paced environment
