Physical Therapist (PT)

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered rehabilitation services that help residents improve mobility, maximize independence, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess residents' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals and clinical needs.
Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
Ensure all services are provided in accordance with the established plan of care and professional standards.
Participate in care planning, team meetings, and other clinical activities as needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with residents with varying diagnoses, abilities, and needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
