What You’ll Do:

• Build and publish nursing schedules for day, evening and night shifts across skilled nursing and assisted living

• Fill open shifts and handle call-offs in real time

• Keep staffing levels in line with state and CMS requirements

• Work closely with the DON and send regular staffing reports

• Be the go-to person for team scheduling questions and requests

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must hold current CAN or QMA Certification

• 1–2 years of scheduling, staffing or admin experience (healthcare preferred)

• Experience with scheduling software such as OnShift, ShiftKey or Apploi (a plus)

• Calm, clear communication under pressure

• Ability to take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours staffing needs
