About the Role

As a Registered Dietitian at Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans to support our patients' recovery and well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that drives outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop comprehensive nutrition plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and healthcare to continuously improve patient care

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of center-wide nutrition policies and procedures

• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
