About the Role:

As a Spanish Speaking Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients in Phoenix, AZ. As a trusted member of our care team, you will assist with daily living activities, medication management, and other essential tasks to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care. As a Spanish Speaking Caregiver, you will use your native fluency to communicate with clients who speak Spanish as their primary language, providing them with the emotional support and understanding they need to feel comfortable and confident in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry preferred

• Spanish language proficiency required

• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care
