Job Title: Dietary Aide / Food Service Worker (AM & PM Shifts)

Location: Worcester, MA

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift (AM)

• Evening Shift (PM)

• Rotating weekends and holidays as needed

Holy Trinity is a healthcare and senior living community in Worcester dedicated to high-quality patient care. We are looking for dependable, compassionate Dietary Aides to join our dining services team and provide nourishing meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to resident meal plans and dietary restrictions.

• Deliver meal trays to resident rooms and assist with dining room meal service.

• Set up, clear, and clean dining areas, tray lines, and food prep stations.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashers and three-compartment sinks.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines (HACCP/OSHA).

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and nursing teams to ensure prompt meal delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Previous food service, kitchen, or dietary aide experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred, but not required (entry-level applicants welcome).

• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs during shifts.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset.
