What You'll Do:

• Print, process, and track incomplete patient documentation

• Send or deliver documents to appropriate physician offices for completion

• Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely completion

• Maintain accurate and organized records

• Communicate effectively with physician offices, referral sources, and internal team members

• Help support the timely and compliant delivery of home health services

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma, some college preferred.

• 1+ years in a medical office required

• Home Health related experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Ability to build relationships, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and EMR systems
