The HR Relations/Care Coordinator is responsible for implementing retention efforts to encourage a positive work environment, overseeing all human resource-related tasks for caregivers, training new and existing caregivers, and communicating regularly with caregivers. If you enjoy serving others, have a big heart with a lot of love to share, and excel at supporting caregivers who work with clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Implementing retention efforts to encourage a positive work environment
• Overseeing all human resource-related tasks for caregivers
• Training new and existing caregivers
• Communicating regularly with caregivers

Requirements:

• Experience: Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
• Education:
• Skills: Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills, HR relations experience
• Characteristics: Self-motivated and willing to learn
