Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Arlington, VA | $95,000–$115,000 + bonuses

Galaxy ABA Therapy provides in-home and community ABA for children with autism. We're hiring a BCBA who wants real clinical time with their clients and a team that has their back. New BCBAs are welcome; you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor.

What You'll Do:

• Run assessments and write individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs
• Coach parents and caregivers
• Track progress and adjust goals with data

What You Need:

• Active BCBA certification (or passing the exam within 60 days)
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• VA LBA, or eligibility to obtain it
