Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and professional care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being

• Assists with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the care team

• Assist with medication management and other medical tasks as needed

• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and communication

Requirements:

• Certificate in a relevant field (CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant)

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and attention

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• $21 - $23 HOURLY (dependent on experience)
