Responsibilities:

• Assist with the delivery of patient care under the supervision of licensed medical staff, including vital sign measurements and other daily living activities

• Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Assist with lab tests, procedures, and administrations as needed, under the supervision of licensed medical staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families, promoting a positive and respectful environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Med Aide (CMA)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
