We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a small center with only 99 beds, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care to each of our residents, and we're looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve this goal.

About the Role:

As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our facility. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. You will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, equipment, and common areas
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment and supplies as needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
