A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in East Boston is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RD/RDN who enjoys working directly with residents and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and make recommendations as needed.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide nutrition education and guidance to residents and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Help promote residents’ overall health, wellness, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

• Active Massachusetts RD/RDN license

• Minimum 6 months of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and resident care

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
