In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of our dining services, from menu planning to kitchen operations, while building a team culture rooted in quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and oversee menus that meet nutritional guidelines while keeping meals appealing and satisfying for residents

• Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and state/federal regulations

• Manage food and supply budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Lead, mentor, and develop dietary staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service

• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support resident care plans and special dietary needs
