Director of Nursing

The Palms Home Care is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Port Charlotte clinical team. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing home health operation, with the energy of a startup environment and the stability of an established company.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support home health clinicians.

• Oversee patient care, clinical documentation, and care coordination.

• Support compliance with Medicare home health requirements and OASIS standards.

• Coach and develop clinicians while helping build efficient clinical processes.

• Partner with operations and scheduling to support timely, high-quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.

• At least two years of home health supervisory experience.

• Direct experience in Medicare-certified home health.

• Strong knowledge of OASIS, clinical documentation, and home health operations.
