What You'll Do

• Help residents regain independence and confidence in daily activities

• Develop personalized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress

• Provide skilled OT services in a SNF/LTC setting

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve resident goals

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

• Net Health experience a plus

• A positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a passion for helping others
