We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Home Director of Admissions to join our team!

Job Summary:

As a Nursing Home Director of Admissions, you will be responsible for leading the admissions process for our nursing home facility. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our facility is always at its best.

Director of Admissions Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the admissions process, including intake evaluations, assessments, and admissions screenings

• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities

• Conduct tours and provide information about our facility and services to potential residents and families

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines

• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to admissions and resident stays

Director of Admissions Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in admissions or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
