Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by our licensed nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

• Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction
