About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial in building rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Ohio
• 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
