We are seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team, we have 12 hour shifts!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete assessments and clinical documentation

• Monitor and communicate changes in resident condition

• Supervise and support CNAs and assigned nursing staff

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN in good standing

• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred

• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
