Minimum Requirements

• Active NY LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of LTC / nursing home experience required

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent approved nursing program

• Strong patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to recognize changes in resident condition and respond appropriately

• Professional and dependable demeanor

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Must be flexible with the required 5x8 schedule and every other weekend
