We're currently building our caregiver team in the Merrillville and Crown Point area, including ZIP codes 46410, 46411, and 46307.

We do not currently have active clients in this territory, so caregivers may initially begin on an as-needed basis while we continue growing our client base.

This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want to get established with Firefly now and be among the first considered as new clients begin services.

Preferred availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Help clients with personal care and daily activities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Encourage client independence

• Follow care plans and document services as needed

What You Need

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required

• A willingness to learn and make a difference
