Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and range of motion exercises

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records

• Participate in patient education and feedback to ensure positive outcomes

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
